CardBaazi Privacy Policy

This policy explains how CardBaazi handles information when you use the app. We do not sell personal information.

Information handled by CardBaazi

• Account information: Sign in with Apple or Google provides an account identifier, display name, and email address. These are used for authentication, your player profile, account-scoped progress, safety settings, and credits.
• Gameplay and purchase information: We process Academy progress, match activity, credit balances, entitlements, and App Store transaction identifiers to provide gameplay and prevent duplicate grants. Apple processes payment details; CardBaazi does not receive your full card or bank information.
• Table communications: Text chat, reactions, and push-to-talk audio travel between members of an active Epic Online Services lobby. Voice is streamed live and is not intentionally recorded by CardBaazi. If a player submits a safety report, the report reason, optional details, player identifiers, and limited recent chat context may be sent to Epic Online Services.
• Advertising information: Optional rewarded ads are provided by Google AdMob. Subject to your region and consent choices, Google may process device identifiers, IP address, ad interactions, diagnostics, and approximate location for ad delivery, fraud prevention, measurement, and personalization.
• Device storage: The app uses on-device storage for settings, progress, safety preferences, and temporary credit state.

Services we use

• Apple: Sign in with Apple, StoreKit in-app purchases, offer-code redemption, and TestFlight/App Store distribution.
• Google: Google Sign-In, AdMob rewarded ads, and User Messaging Platform consent controls.
• Epic Games: Epic Online Services for device authentication, worldwide lobbies, peer-to-peer gameplay transport, and player reports.

These providers process information under their own privacy policies. Network routing may expose normal connection information, such as IP address, to service providers and peers as required to establish connectivity.

Your choices and controls

Rewarded ads are optional. Where required, the app displays consent choices and an ad-privacy settings entry. At online tables you can mute a player’s voice, block their communications, or report them. Blocking communication does not interrupt gameplay.

Retention and deletion

Local profile and gameplay information remains until you delete the account data in the app or remove the app. Safety reports delivered to Epic and transaction records handled by Apple, Google, or Epic may be retained under those providers’ policies and legal obligations. Contact us for help with a deletion request.

Children

CardBaazi is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security and international use

We use platform authentication, verified StoreKit transactions, consent controls, and authenticated lobby membership to protect app activity. Services may process information in countries other than your own.
