Help for gameplay, worldwide tables, accounts, credits, purchases, ads, and player safety.
CardBaazi includes Dehla Pakad, Spades, Call Break, Hearts, 3-2-5, Indian Rummy, Klondike, Spider, and FreeCell. Bot matches and Solitaire are free. Seven Academy journeys provide a rules primer and 50 strategy stages per track; stages 1–10 are free.
CardBaazi uses Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google. It does not use a separate CardBaazi username or password. If Apple does not share a name after a previous authorization, the app asks you to choose the player name displayed at the table.
Choose a game, then select Play with Bots, Find a Table, or Private Table. Private-table creators receive a room code to share. If you are already on this site and need to join a private table, open the join page and tap Open in App, or type the room code in CardBaazi under Private Table. Epic Online Services connects players worldwide; no local Wi-Fi or Bluetooth mode is used.
Online credits are charged only when the first hand is dealt: 5 credits for the table creator and 1 credit for a joining player. Waiting in or leaving a lobby before the deal is free.
When a team-game roster is full, each human chooses their own team. The table creator can drag bots between teams or remove a bot completely. A connected human cannot be removed by the host.
Every newly signed-in account receives 100 starting credits. Later Academy stages unlock in blocks of five.
Credit packs are consumable in-app purchases processed by Apple. Credits do not expire, cannot be transferred, withdrawn, exchanged, or redeemed, and have no cash value. CardBaazi does not offer real-money gambling or cash prizes. Open Profile → Account & Credits to view available packs. Purchase issues can also be reviewed through your Apple purchase history.
Rewarded videos are not currently available in the App Store build. If they are enabled in a future version, they will be optional and shown only when additional credits are needed.
Open table chat and tap the shield to mute voice, block communication, or report a player. Blocking hides chat, reactions, and voice without affecting cards or scoring. Harassment, hateful content, threats, spam, cheating, and offensive player names are not allowed.
Open your profile and select Delete Account & Reset Data to remove local profile, progress, statistics, credit state, and safety preferences. For assistance with service-side information, email support.
